Daniela Murch is the Director of Organizing and Advocacy at Zioness, where she leads the development of Zioness’s national organizing infrastructure and grassroots activation strategy. A lawyer and veteran political organizer, Daniela has spent the past five years advancing democracy, civil rights, and progressive causes through large-scale organizing programs and voter protection initiatives across the United States.
Prior to joining Zioness, Daniela held senior leadership roles in national Democratic political programs, directing multi-state voter protection operations and building large volunteer networks to safeguard elections. Her work has focused on training grassroots leaders, building durable organizing infrastructure, and protecting voting rights across multiple states.
Grounded in Jewish values and a deep commitment to social justice, Daniela believes in the power of organizing to expand participation, strengthen community, and ensure the presence of proudly Jewish voices in progressive spaces.
Daniela began her career as an attorney for the federal government, litigating employment law cases and advising senior officials on the legal implications of national security matters. Daniela earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School and a B.A. in Middle East History from the University of Maryland, College Park. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
