Zel Campo serves as Operations Assistant at Zioness, where she supports the organization’s day-to-day operations and helps build the systems that power Zioness’s mission.
Zel brings over a decade of experience in executive and administrative support, having discovered a passion for operational work early and turning it into a career built on precision, care, and trust. Prior to joining Zioness, Zel served as Executive Assistant to the founder of a remote sales company, where she supported operations across local and international markets helping businesses advance LGBTQ+ rights, racial equality, and the right to self-identity and freedom of expression.
Zel is deeply committed to the belief that every person – regardless of race, identity, or faith – deserves to fully and freely take up space in the world. That conviction is what drew her to Zioness and keeps her grounded in its mission.
Outside of work, Zel can be found snorkeling, hiking, or making fast friends with every dog in the vicinity.
