WHAT I LEARNED AT THE D.C. DYKE MARCH

The day of the march, we woke up to good news, the National LGBTQ Task Force was pulling their support from the march. At 4 p.m., I met Amanda Berman, the founder of Zioness, at a coffee shop in McPherson Square. We were exhausted, exhilarated, and nervous.
